How you share your words and movements becomes paramount if you notice them in the present moment.

So as you temper your words with your own desires. You will notice them more often. Try it out intentionally by looking for the color red, you know the one that matches your favorite room, a soft pink shade or vibrant rose petal. What are your favorite thoughts of red?

That's the best part. You realize your magnificence the moment it occurs. When you find joy, you find joyful experiences. A smiling man holds the door for you. You make laughter with a pleasant stranger. Odds are in your favor when you favor what you want.

Purposeful Experiment: Day 1

Let's do a purposeful experiment.

Take a notepad or journal, and for an agreeable time, write down the three best moments in your life. Describe each memory - be sure to include any feelings or inspirations. Regular entries: once per day, number of pages or blog lines. At least one word, each day.
